Our patient is a professional musician and singer, accustomed to performing live in front of 500 person audiences. This short video shows our patient discussing his "vision" of seeing himself singing and his teeth flying out into the audience. As with many people with high visibility careers or job functions that require significant public speaking or frequent face to face conversations, having teeth that are extremely loose or can actually fall out could be terribly embarrassing.
